These are the writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 23.06.2021 wherein the representation of the private respondent- Raju in both the petitions was decided by the authorities without giving any notice to the petitioner. 3. The finding in the aforesaid order is that the Gata No. 2490 belongs to the petitioners of both the writ petitions and they are recorded "bhumidhars" on the said land.
