The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.12.2017 whereby, the earlier mutation order was recalled as well as the order dated 08.12.2025 whereby, the revision preferred has been dismissed. 4. The facts in brief are that the petitioner claiming to be the owner of the property by virtue of a Will executed in his favour, moved an application for mutation, which came to be allowed vide order dated 18.10.2000.
