This writ petition has been filed for the quashing of the judgement and order dated 24.06.2019 passed by the respondent no. 1. 3. Factual matrix of the case is that Food Corporation of India was set up in 1965 under an Act of Parliament, called the Food Corporation of India Act, 1964. 4 different categories of workers are employed in different depots of the Food Corporation of India i.e. Departmental Labour, Direct Payment System Labour, No work no pay Labour & Contract labour. 4. On 20.11.2015 wide ranging directions were issued by the Nagpur bench of Hon'ble High Court of Bombay in a sou moto PIL. A Special Leave to Appeal No.19218/2016 was filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court,
