This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the benefit of the Judgment and order dated 01.12.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this High Court in relation to the benefit to be given to the petitioner under the Scheme of Rule 2(1) in Uttar Pradesh Lok Tantra Senani Samman Adhiniyam, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Scheme". The writ petitioner further challenges the order dated 09.01.2026, wherein he has been accepted as a 'Loktantra Senani' but the benefit of the same has been made only prospectively and does not relate back to the date of coming into effect of the above Scheme. 3.
