The instant writ petition has been filed inter alia for the following relief : "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quashed the impugned order dated 20-03-2026 (Annexure No.8) passed by respondent No.4. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondents authorities to pay damages Rs. 5000/- per day to the petitioner from 06-04-2026 till opening day of shop of the petitioner. i
