The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office Complex, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to renewed and reissue the passport of the petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The petitioner has applied for issue of passport.
