Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents Authority to consider the claim of the petitioner and to re-issue the passport in favour of petitioner in respect of file No. LK1075604685525 (contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." 3.
