In the present case, on the basis of a complaint made, the proceedings were initiated by the Assistant Registrar Firms, Societies & Chits, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh and after hearing the concerned parties, the complaint was accepted in part and by order dated 04.04.2025, it was held that the election conducted on 23.4.2016 was since irregular, therefore, with effect from 23.04.2016, the Committee of Management was declared time barred and it was
