The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.11.2025 by way of which a determination has been made with respect to the valid members, as contemplated under Section 4-B of the Act, 1860. Perusal of the same demonstrates that one Shri Vrindavan Das had filed a list of 35 members and one Shri Rasik Mohan Shastri had filed a list of 60 members. The Assistant Registrar, Agra has proceeded to find that 28 names were common. 3.
