Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondent no. 6, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.04.2026, under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Brief facts of the case are that earlier an order dated 29.11.2019 was passed against the petitioner in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The said order was challenged in appeal and the appeal was allowed by order dated 03.03.2020 and the matter was remanded to the Assistant Collector to decide afresh and the order dated 29.11.2019 was set-aside. Thereafter, an order dated 30.09.2024 was passed dismissing the proceedings in default which was subsequently recalled by order
