Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. 1. In spite of service of notice in the office of ASGI, none appears on behalf of respondent/ Union of India, even in the revised call. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The solitary grievance of the petitioner is that only 10 % amount of the award has been directed to be released in favour of the claimants/petitioners by the impugned award of the Railway Accident Claims Tribunal dated 4.12.2025, which is inequitable, unjust and grossly inadequate. It defeats the purpose of award of compensation for death caused to the daughter of the present petitioners in a railway accident. 4. A perusal of the record reveals that in a railway accident occurred on 15.2.2016 of deceased Ram Jiyawan Gupta, husband and father of the petitioners suffered fatal injuries and died.
