The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have assailed the order of Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, District Auraiya dated 20.02.2026 by which he has rejected the representation of the petitioners on the ground that petitioners did not file any document regarding ownership of the land in dispute. 3. Challenging the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that impugned order has been passed without considering the reply of the petitioners. Accordingly, he submits that impugned order has been passed without application of mind and being non-speaking is not sustainable in law. 4.
