The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Authority to consider the claim of petitioner and issued the passport of petitioner from the office of Respondent No. 2 with regard to the file No. LK1066504477025 dated 30-12-2025, within stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble court." 3.
