The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No.3 to issue the new passport on passport application bearing No. LK060673592425 applied on 31.01.2025 by the petitioner, in time bound manner." 4.
