The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction commanding the respondents to take necessary action against respondent No. 6, namely M/s Faizan Ahmad Eet Bhatta Udyog, Hasanpur Alinagar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, for closure/removal of the brick-kiln being operated by him.
