Heard Sri Devashish Mitra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent - bank and Sri P.K. Shahi, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the possession notice dated 3rd December, 2025 (Annexure No.7)." 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that as on 24th September, 2025 the outstanding dues is Rs.6,55,549/- assessed and petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount provided he is given some time for clearing the dues. 4.
