Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take the due amount in easy installments in respect of loan Account No. UP/ LKN/ AGRA/ A000001557 and regularize the above mentioned loan account and till then no coercive action taken against the petitioners." 3.
