The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 03.11.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra in Appeal No. 2047 of 2018 under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 28.02.2018 passed by the District Magistrate rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of an arms licence, has been dismissed and the order of the District Magistrate has been affirmed. 3.
