The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3/4 to re-issue passport (renewal) in favour of the petitioner as early as possible within stipulated period. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 5 not to make impediment in making verification for the passport of petitioner on account of the first information report in Case Crime No. 116 of 202
