Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to issue compensation/award under the scheme of "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" in favour of petitioner in accordance with law within a time framed by this Hon'ble court. B. Issue any suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.” 3. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner’s unmarried son late Munnu, aged about 21 years died on 6.10.2022 in a road accident.
