Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the order dated 25.08.2025 passed in Suit No.1870 of 2019 under Section 47A of the India Stamp Act, 1899 (State vs. Jayaram), is an ex-parte order and he has attracted attention of the Court to the order-sheet, wherein, according to him no effective opportunity of hearing was given but he has not denied the fact that the petitioner had appeared through his counsel and filed his vakalatnama. 4.
