Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was duly granted a licence to run a Fair Price Shop in Gram Panchayat Kundanpur, Vikas Khand Dhanupur, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj, and had been operating the same strictly in accordance with the prescribed government guidelines.
