The instant writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 26.03.2025 passed by the respondent no.2, Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue)/ Prescribed Authority, Land Acquisition, Jaunpur (Vide Annexure No.6 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to pay/ release the compensation of acquired land bearing Gata No.494 area 0.2277 hectare situated at Village Rasoolpur Tehsil Mariyahun, District Jaunpur forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
