(b) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents no.2 to 4 to implement the office order dated 13.08.2021 and respondent no.3. 03.09.2021 passed by respondent no.3. (c) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to 4 to give identical relief in view of order dated 12.10.2022 passed in
