The instant writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.04.2018 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, Greater Noida (Annexure No. 12) to this Writ Petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 3 to conclude the proceeding u/s 6 of Industrial Development Authority Rural Aabadi Sites (Management & Regularization) Regulations, 2011
