By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the bank to permit the petitioner to deposit the entire outstanding dues as per the order dated 18.03.2026 in easy installments. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 5 lacs within 30 days from today as first installment and remaining amount in further easy installments. 4.
