Issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and interest of justice that this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to issue direction in the nature of mandamus to Respondent No. 2 to decide the pending application u/s 14 of SARFEASI Act 2002, Computer Case No. D202102030006969 (Bank of Baroda vs. M/s Patel Cold Storage & Ice Factory and Ors) expeditiously within short time bound period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
