The instant petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 12.01.2026, passed by the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Rampur, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of arms license of DBBL 12 bore gun was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for new arms license of DBBL 12 bore gun on 13.6.2023on prescribed From A-1 bearing From No.4142 before the Licensing Authority/District Magistrate, Rampur for security of life and property. The respondent no.2 without considering the order of this Court passed in Writ C No. 44460 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025 and the order of Commissioner, Moradabad Division, Moradabad dated 26.9.2025, rejected the application of petitioner for grant of arms license
