This was done by him having taken National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-PG- 2025. His provisional allotment for admission dated 16th February, 2026 says there was requirement for submitting relevant along with original documents at the nodal centre. Pursuant to knowing same, he proceeded to Varanasi forthwith, where the nodal centre is situate. When he attempted to upload the documents, the portal was closed. 2. Mr. Danish Kaleem, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. On earlier occasion there was query made to him on relevant statements.
