This Court on 30.03.2026 sought instructions pursuant whereto instructions have been produced which are taken on record and marked as Appendix 'A'. 3. The case of the petitioners is that the deceased Shyam Sunder Tiwari who happens to be the husband of the petitioner no. 1 and the father of the petitioners no. 2 and 3 had purchased a 2nd Class Express Train Journey Ticket On 18.05.2019 for Gorakhpur Junction and near Domingarh Railway Station, the deceased lost his balance due to push and pressure and he fell down from the train and ultimately expired. A claim petition came to be instituted before the Railway Claims Tribunal, Gorakhpur Bench, Gorakhpur being Case No. OA (IIU)/ GKP/81/2020 (Sukarti and others Vs. Union of India) which came to be decided on 28.01.2026
