Today, instructions have been produced, which are taken on record and marked as Appendix ‘A’. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the son of the petitioner, namely, Ravi Raikwar, who was traveling by a passenger train from Chitrkoot Dham Karvi Railway Station to Banda Railway Station holding a valid second class journey Ticket, wherein he on 16.07.2019, received certain jerk and jolt and accidentally fell down and died. A Claim Petition No. OA(IIU/ALD/10/2019 came to be preferred seeking Rs.10,00,000/- compensation, which came to be decided on 09.09.2025 awarding compensation to the tune of Rs.8,00,000/- and as per the order in question only 10% was released and 90% was directed
