The instant writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to either pay the compensation of the extra encroached land or return/ free the land of the petitioner which land was without acquisition, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent authorities to consider/ decide objection dated 30.08.2023 and 08.02.2024 of the petitioner and issue
