This Court, by order dated 28.03.2026, sought instructions, and pursuant thereto, the instructions dated 08.04.2026 have been produced and taken on record. 3. The case of the petitioner is that her husband, namely Rajiv Kumar (since deceased), on 12.11.2015 was travelling by train from Manimau Railway Station to Bilhora Railway Station on the Farrukhabad-Kanpur route, when he accidentally fell down from the train. He sustained grievous injuries and subsequently succumbed to the same. Thereafter, the petitioner instituted Case No. OA/IIU/ALD/73/2024 before the Railway Claims Tribunal, Allahabad Bench.
