By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners, who are the borrowers, have assailed the order dated 02.11.2024 passed by respondent no. 2, whereby, petitioners' application for benefit under the One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme of the bank has come to be rejected. 3.
