Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. V.K. Dixit, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 3. On 30.03.2026, this Court has passed the following order: "1. The victim has approached this Court by means of the present writ petition seeking permission to terminate the pregnancy of 23 weeks. In this respect, the mother of the victim has also submitted an application before the Chief Medical Officer, Kushinagar, copy of which is appearing at page No.90 of the writ petition. 2. It is submitted that the Chief Medical Officer, Kushinagar has not yet acted upon the said application and has neither examined the victim nor constituted a medical board to ex
