This Court entertained the petition on 26.03.2026 and sought instructions. 3. Today, instructions dated 13.04.2026 have been produced as Appendix-A. 4. The case of the petitioners is that the husband of petitioner no. 1, namely Challu @ Chhanno, met with a railway accident on 30.03.2015 and, after sustaining injuries, succumbed to the same. Consequently, the petitioners filed a claim application before the Railway Claims Tribunal, Gorakhpur Bench, being OA/IIu/GKP/132/2021 (Madhuri Devi & Ors. vs. Union of India). By award dated 04.02.2026, the Railway Claims Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs. 8,00,000/- as compensation and directed release of Rs. 4,00,000/- to petitioner no. 1, Rs. 3,00,000/- to petitioner no. 2, and Rs. 1,00,000/- to
