The instant petition has been filed seeking direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 8.1.2021, passed by the respondent no.3- District Magistrate, Mainpuri and order dated 25.8.2025, passed by the respondent on.2-Commissioner Agra Region, Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner resides in an area affected by incidents of dacoity and is also involved in a property dispute, due to which he has enmity with certain persons. Considering the threat to his life and property, the petitioner applied for an arms licence on 15.10.2018 for his personal safety. 4.
