Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Jayanti Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Sri Jayanti Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he is well equipped with the instructions and the instructions are self- sufficient for disposal of the writ petition and he does not propose to file any further affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record, thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioners is that that the deceased, Vasistha Mani, who happens to be the husband, father and the son of the petitioners purchased a railway journey ticket no. 55558425 from Gorakhpur to New Delhi on 05.02.2015 for himself and her daughter-in-law while they were waiting for the train at platform no. 6
