C.S.C. for the state-respondents. 2. Brief facts of the case are that petitioner is the chak holder no.506 and respondent no.4 is the chak holder nos. 4 to 9-ka. Against the proposal of the Assistant Consolidation Officer, chak objection was filed by the petitioner, claiming allotment on plot nos.107, 108, 109, etc. The Consolidation Officer consolidated all the chak objections of the village and decided all the chak objection together including the chak objection filed by the petitioner.
