The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 05.10.2015 whereby, the objections filed by the petitioner under Rule 285-I of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules were dismissed as well as the order dated 08.01.2019 whereby, the revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. 3. The facts in brief are that the petitioner was the owner of a land, and on account of default committed by him, the property hold by the petitioner was mortgaged and was proposed to be auctioned.
