Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed, challenging the order dated 27.10.2005 passed in Case No. 7/8 under Section 9 A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, the order dated 28.06.2012 passed in Case No. 379/ under Section 9 A (2) of the Consolidation of Holdings Act as well as, the order dated 2.5.2024 passed by opposite party no.1 in Revision Nos. 215 and 341. 3. The fact in brief that one Ambika Prsad had two sons, Vindeshwari Prasad and Bhuneshwari Prasad. Vindeshwari Prasad had two sons, namely, Ram Narayan and Sri Narayan. The wife of Ram Narayan Neelam is alive and has three sons. namely, laxmi Narayan, Ram Kumar and Hari Narayan.
