Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and Sri Deepak Chandra Jain, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.4. The Vakalatnama is taken on record. 3. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.06.2015 passed by the Consolidation Officer; the order dated 31.07.2028 passed by the Appellate Authority in appeal as well as the order dated 26.05.2025, whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. 4. The facts that emerge from the records are that the petitioners claim their ownership over the property in question by virtue of a sale deed executed in their favour. The said sale deed was executed during consolidation proceedings and after obtaining permission from the Settlement Officer Consolidation. Subsequently,
