Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.5. 2. The present petitioners raises a purely legal question as to whether the remedy prescribed by virtue of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, would be available in respect of orders passed prior to enforcement of the said Act or whether the remedy prescribed under the repealed Act would continue to be available in respect of orders passed under the old Act. 3. The facts, in brief are that the petitioners claims to be the owners of the land in question by virtue of a sale deed executed in their favour, which according to the petitioners, has been affirmed to second appeal inter se between the parties. 4. It is argued that the p
