Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 04.02.2026 whereby the revision preferred in the light of the directions given in the order dated 09.07.2025 came to be rejected. Earlier order passed by the appellate Court dated 23.12.2024 was affirmed. 4. Facts that emerge from the petition, in brief, are that one Sadhu was recorded tenure holder and was belonging to Scheduled Castes.
