Brief facts of the case are that proceeding under section- 42A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act 1953 hereinafter referred to as U.P.C.H. Act initiated at the instance of petitioners was allowed vide order dated 8.5.2025 on the basis of report submitted by the authorities. On the basis of the order dated 8.5.2025 an order was passed by Consolidation Officer under Rule - 109-A of U.P.C.H. Rules Against the order dated 8.5.2025 passed by consolidation officer a time barred restoration application dated 29.12.2025 has been filed by private respondents.
