Brief facts of the case are that time barred appeal under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the "U.P. C.H. Act") has been filed by the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 along with delay of about 10 years wherein objection was filed on behalf of the petitioners that appeal should be dismissed on the ground of limitation as there is an inordinate delay in filing the appeal.
