The present petition has been filed challenging the orders of respondent no.2 - Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj and respondent no.3 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Vindyachal Division, Mirzapur, dated 30.03.2026 and 19.04.2025, respectively, passed in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner filed an application under Section 24 of the Code, 2006 for demarcation of his plot nos.168, 162 and 167, which was allowed by the order of the respondent no.4 - Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Robertsganj, Sonbhadra.
