Brief facts of the case are that an order dated 27.3.2025 was passed by the Consolidation Officer in the proceeding under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") initiated at the instance of the petitioner. Against the order of Consolidation Officer dated 27.3.2025, appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act has been filed by the petitioner along with the prayer for condonation of delay.
