Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Heard Mr. Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anil Bhushan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Shashi Ranjan Srivastava, learned counsel for private respondent nos.5 to 9 & 12 to 18 and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 3. Brief facts of the case are that an order dated 27.3.2025 was passed by the Consolidation Officer in the proceeding under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") initiated at the instance of the petitioner. Against the order of Consolidation Officer dated 27.3.2025, appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act has been filed by the petitioner along with the prayer for condonation of delay. Settlement Officer of Consolidation vide order dated 4.12.2025 allowed
