Brief facts of the case are that the time barred appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") filed by petitioner's real brother-Laxman Singh against the order passed by the Consolidation Officer dated 18.12.1961 was allowed vide order dated 23.5.2025 directing that name of Sahab Ram son of Jwala Prasad shall remain recorded after expunging the name of Sukh Lal son of Jwala Prasad from plot no. 190 of khata no. 288. Against the order of Settlement Officer of Consolidation dated 23.5.2025, two restoration applications dated 23.
