Brief facts of the case are that the proceeding under Section 12 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.C.H. Act") was initiated after the death of Bramhdev son of Ram Karan. Three sets of claims were setup before the Consolidation Officer. First claim was setup on behalf of petitioner-Meena Devi wife of Ramesh Singh on the basis of registered Will-deed dated 28.5.2010. Second set of claim was set up by the Ramesh Singh and Dinesh who are husbands of Meena Devi & Saroj on the basis of provisions WRIB No. 1630 of 2026 2 contained under Section 171 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.Z.A
